Tony Doupe - ON – CAMERA ACTING INSTRUCTOR


Instructor, Tony Doupe, is a SAG/AFTRA actor with an MFA from CalArts. Jodi Rothfield and Heidi Walker, Seattle casting directors, highly recommend Tony to teach this class exclusively for Barbara Rey’s clients and industry referrals. Tony did supporting roles on feature films such as “The Ring”, starring Naomi Watts and “Life or Something Like It,” starring Angelina Jolie and more recently, “Homeland.” For television, has appeared in “Northern Exposure,” “Unsolved Mysteries” and “The Fugitive.” Tony has shot Seattle independent films “Gory! Gory! Hallelujah!”, suspense thriller “Twenty”, SIFF “Driver’s Ed,” and most recently lead in “Frayed” a terror, suspense film. He also produces and directs independent films and acts in industrials for Microsoft, Boeing and Safeco.

Todd Licea

Instructor, Todd Licea, works regularly as a professional actor in theater, film, corporate video, and voice-overs, and will be performing in the Intiman Theatre production of “All the Kings Men.” His film credits include the “Gory Gory Hallelujah”, “Carried Away”, “The Greenan Tapes”, and “Phantasmagoria”. He is a Slate Best Actor Award winner for his work in the short film “Jimmy Ritz”. Todd has performed extensively in commercials and corporate video for clients as diverse as “Taco Time”, “Macys”, “Emerald Downs”, “Poke’mon”,” Microsoft”, “T-Mobile” and many others. Stage credits: Our American Theatre, Seattle Children’s Theatre, Book-It, CHAC, Intiman Theatre. His voice-over work can be heard on the video games “Halo” (1) and (3),” Aliens vs. Predator”, “F.E.A.R”, and local radio spots. He received his B.F.A. in acting from the California Institute of the Arts and is a member of SAG, AFTRA, and AEA. He is also an acting instructor at Bellevue C.C. and Shoreline C.C..

Kathy Levin - VOICE OVER INSTRUCTOR

Kathy Levin has been a professional voice-over actor for over 21 years. Here in the Northwest, she was “the voice” of the Bon Marche/Macy’s for 10 years. In addition to radio and television, Kathy has also voiced for corporate videos, animation, video games, and was even once the voice of a boat motor. She has been the Director of CD-Rom talent for Microsoft, Radio Producer/Casting Director for the Bon Marche, and Casting Director/Production Coordinator for Hoyt’s Greater Radio. Beginning her career in LA, she was partner at The VoiceCaster, a voicecasting service used by advertising agencies around the country: directed talent auditions, participated in celebrity and nation-wide voice searches for major brands, and specialized in children’s and foreign language casting sessions.

 



Bob Kramer

Bob Kramer has been teaching and improvising for over 25 years. His experience began in Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey clown college where he was chosen to perform nationally. In Seattle, Bob became main stage player and Artistic Director for Unexpected Productions for 9 years. In Bellingham, Bob taught and performed with Ryan Stiles and “The Upfront Theatre.” He has appeared in local and national TV commercials. Bob won Best of Fest for a one man show titled “Too Much I Say” which played at the Seattle Repertory Theatre for Bumbershoot. He has also appeared in “Peter Pan” at the Intiman Theatre and “The Adventures of Buck Rogers” and “Othello” at the Bathhouse Theatre.
